Landscape Design & Build

We are a landscape designer and also a landscape contractor. We will consult the client on the design and come out with the project quotation. The consultation includes preparing drawing design, bill of quantities, illustrations and working drawing.
Once the design and price are agreed upon, we will proceed to commence the work. Depending on the nature of the project, sometime the consultation fee will be waived based on the contract.

Landscape Construction

The process starts when we get a request for a quotation from developer, landscape consultant firm, corporate firm or private individual residences.
For the request quotation from the developer or landscape consultant firm, we will follow the tender process and fill in the bill of quantities.
For some corporate firm and private individual residence, we will draft the quotation based on their design request.
We have trained landscape skill workers that can deliver any type or any scale of softscape and hardcape construction work.

Landscape Maintenance

We provide well-trained landscape skill workers to perform landscape maintenance that knows how to take care of the overall landscape.
We do one-time landscape maintenance and also a yearly contract.

Landscape Custom Made Product

With in house designers and craftsmen, we can design and fabricate any landscape product based on clients like.

Our material range from fiberglass, cement board, reinforced concrete, all type of metal and wood.

" One generation plants the trees, another gets the shade "

TERANG BULAN LANDSCAPE SDN. BHD. was originally started as a plant nursery company run by a very humble and passionate man, the late Mr. Tan Kim Leng from Muar, Johor. At that time, the company is called Semaian Terang Bulan. After 30 years in the plant nursery business, his son, Mr. Tan Peng Koon, a local university landscape architect graduate took over from his late father and formed a new company called Terang Bulan Resources and steered the business to design and build venture in Kemaman, Terengganu, where the family and the nursery business located.

After 4 years in this industry, he made a decision to separate his plant nursery retail and wholesale with this new company to provide a better business management plan for both companies.

Terang Bulan (bright moon) is a classical name for many Malaysians. It resembles the good values that we should have in society and the industry, which is honest, transparent, passionate and perseverance.
This is not a success guaranteed journey, but one thing that we are very sure about is we are a group of people that willing to work really hard to challenge every possible boundary because we really love our works -tbl

Tan Peng Koon was born in Kemaman, Terengganu in January 1987. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in landscape architecture at Universiti Putra Malaysia where he spends a year study abroad at Iowa State University, USA in 2010.

He worked at an international landscape architecture firm, Belt Collins International in Singapore where he practiced landscape architecture for 3 years. His key project including projects from Kazakhstan, Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and China.

Tan’s role is to make sure the business keeps moving forward and that we are always looking to improve on the service we offer. As the founder of this company, he continues to develop the brand, constantly exploring new possible ways we can communicate our passion. He has a strong understanding of the design and a keen eye for detail in everything we do.
